School, Sports & Camp Physicals
When your child needs a required physical, We have you covered.
School Physicals
School physicals are a chance for healthcare providers to discuss important health issues on a regular basis with children and their parents or guardians. These exams can make sure that the child is healthy and physically prepared to participate in activities and include:
A thorough review of your child's medical history
A physical examination
A summary of the visit provided to the child's primary care provider
Completed forms needed for sports or school participation (forms to be provided by parent/guardian)
Sports Physicals
Sports physicals are a great way to make sure an athlete can safely play. Even if your state or school doesn’t require it, sports physicals also help to keep immunizations up to date and provide an opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have (e.g. offering information on signs of concussion).
Camp Physicals
Camp physicals are a great way to make sure a camper can safely participate in activities. Some camps require a physical, but even if it's not required, it's a great way to stay on top of your camper's health.
